I'm a generalist. Playing to my strengths, I rarely immerse myself in a particular function or specialty. Rather, I approach challenges and opportunities with an openness that allows me to challenge conventions and pursue effective methods and solve problems where others might choose to pursue the most efficient solutions from a textbook.

My ideal engagements are those where I'm asked to bring an unconventional approach. I'm committed to ensure I'm doing the right things, not simply doing things right.

If the current model is less than optimal, I'm an agent for change.
